The year is coming to a close and I still get carried away losing all idea of time...
And so it was that having planned to go look at some flowers yesterday, I found that by the time I has stopped playing the keyboard
There was simply not enough time to go look at the flowers, so I went shopping instead;
I must admit, I did enjoy the stroll to the shops.
In the evening I experimented with a specialist variation for dinner.
Some of you will know my wife, as I am sure Jeremy Clarkson would confirm, makes the best Chiang Mai sausage "in the world".
She makes it at different levels of spicy warmth and a couple of days ago she made some of the spiciest on the list, a level I particularly enjoy.
It is great as the sausage but I have long wondered if it could be converted into a regional burger.
And so, I get Pin to keep a pat of the mix.
I bought some whole grain brown rice bread, lightly toasted and the burger was born;
